The War on Drugs, as well as The War on Poverty, The War on Terror and The War on Iraq are complete failures due mainly to the ineptness of this government.
Someone very high has to be getting well paid to allow this Dog and Pony Show to continue. If a citizen wants to use, it is entirely his/her/it's/mutants' business.
