Has anyone noticed? No truck move...no pay? I saw the show where the BBR was doing twice the speed limit and knocked a hole in his oil pan. Then he sat for days with no pay waiting for repairs. It's the same ol'e life style but with a pop cycle stick up their ass.

America moves on trucks It's all about the freedom If they paid us by the hour, nothing would get done...prices would go up in the stores, company wouldn't make money...etc Part of the job No boss looking over my shoulder McDonalds won't work me 80 hours/week More miles = more money Knights of the highway No other jobs here in bumf### Iowa My uncle, dad, cousin drove truck If you got it a truck brought it I don't need no stinkin' unions, all they do is take your dues. I got OOIDA watching my back Insert whatever tired, worn-out cliche to justify working, waiting, driving for peanuts..

Last season, when they were in AK...did anyone see a log book?

no mention at all of HOS even though they where starting out and finishing their runs on public roads. The episode where the guy about 22 years old could barely function after a long night was priceless. No mention of showers, rooms or cost of food.

Should Alex be given a letter about being off-route and have the fuel cost deducted from his pay?

I watched the show last night and I think that the only drivers they can get are the ones that can`t get regular driving jobs. :roll:

Some are so lost that they think they are not. Ziggy easily comes to mind. Trucking was not good for him, so now he is singlehandedly going to bring it down and make it start all over according to his plans. You would think that after a few years something would grab his attention.

I would think that it would be pretty hard to get lost when there are only two roads. :?

So much for being a PROFESSIONAL... That is not where one wants to lose his focus...
